Service and support

Extended Warranty

Your Norphonic product should give you years of trouble-free operation. However, should the unit fail in normal use, our standard warranties offers you full protection for at least 12 months after product purchase and even longer (up to the full product life cycle) if you subscribe to our Extended Warranty package.

Extended Warranty – for additional peace of mind

While our products don’t fail often, we realise that the cost of a single repair can sometimes exceed the cost of the Extended Warranty Contract. As such, you can mitigate your risk while ensuring that your product continues to work perfectly.

Our Extended Warranty package offers you full protection up to the full product life cycle.

With an Extended Warranty Contract, if your product ever does fail, you won’t have to worry about finding the budget for repairs. In addition, you won’t need to worry about time-consuming paper work or about being offline for extended periods. By purchasing an Extended Warranty, you will receive:

  • Parts and labor costs covered during the term of the contract
  • Expedited Service on all units returned to Norphonic for repair or upgrades (your unit moves ahead of warranty and non-warranty telephones)
  • Up to 10 years extended warranty available.
