Norphonic Heavy Duty VoIP Telephones have been installed in the 88 wind turbines powering the Sheringham Shoal offshore wind farm, owned jointly by Norway’s StatoilHydro and Statkraft.
Norway’s largest oil company and largest power utility announced they were co-owners of the 315-megawatt (MW) wind farm on 1 April, with Statkraft buying 50% of StatoilHydro’s share.
